Thermas Hotel

It has an air of luxury and design, where the neutral colours of the decoration enhance the ingredients of the dishes. A pleasant service and attention to detail will make your lunch or dinner a truly pleasant experience. It is undoubtedly one of the best organic haut cuisine restaurants in Malaga. It is named after Empress Eugenia de Montijo, the Countess of Teba and the wife of Napoleon III, who was a regular visitor to the thermal baths of Carratraca.

A cosy room named after the Prince of Asturias Alfonso VII of Spain, which is perfect to relax in while you have a cup of organic tea, fruit tea or a herbal infusion.
The decor of this room was inspired by Fernando VII; there are two original paintings of him here that date back to 1828. It is exquisitely decorated in soft blue tones that favour relaxation at any time of the day. There is a fireplace to warm up the room, making it nice and cosy during the cold winter months.

This lounge is a lovely place to play board games or to use your computer in.

A classic style lounge with thick walls, high ceilings and upholstery in red tones, it was built in honour of Eugenia de Montijo, the Countess of Teba and the Empress Consort of the French as wife of Napoleon III.

There are different prints in this room that depict the most important moments in her life and that of her husband the Emperor Napoleon III. At the back of the room there is a print of Lord Byron, which he gave the establishment and also a newspaper cutting of that era.

Dedicated to Fernando VII whose nickname was “El Deseado” (the Desired one), the warm decoration of this lounge makes it very cosy and an ideal place to enjoy a hot cup of tea accompanied by a good book. This lounge has British style fabric-covered walls, a fireplace and views out onto the Andalusian patio that all make it a magical place to spend hours relaxing in.

It has a Roman touch to it with the typical “atrium”, an arcaded gallery, its relaxing fountain and well-kept greenery for guests’ peace and tranquillity. The Andalusian patio is a place where guests can enjoy the unbeatable climate of Andalusia and the Costa del Sol while they have their breakfast or lunch. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic dinner in the moonlight under a starlit sky.
