In its yoga method Vinyasa becomes a constant flow of postures. This work is guided by a teacher or a monitor who help the participant start meditating in movement to silence the mind and live the present 100%.
During a yoga session each detail counts, each experience is worth it and the result doesn’t matter, it is the way that makes us happy.
